All prices listed on this website are in Canadian dollars. Free Shipping only applies to Canada and USA. Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to be packaged and shipped from our distribution center. Days are measured in business days, not including weekends or holidays. All shipments will be traceable with Canada Post and will also be fully insured.
 
We respect and understand the importance of your privacy. All our packages will be shipped in unmarked packaging to your requested location.
 
Shipping within Canada
Free shipping is available on orders $65 or more (before taxes and shipping) to Canada. Orders below $65 will be subject to shipping fee, which will be automatically calculated by the website based on weight and distance. Shipping options include:

Canada Post Expedited Parcel: Delivery time range 1 - 8 days
 
Shipping to USA
Please note, due to the current pandemic, shipping times can vary and may take longer than usual, especially with USPS. However, we will always try to ship with the most reliable carrier to avoid long delays.

However, shipping times may take longer to Hawaii, Alaska, military addresses and other non-standard addresses. United States shipping charges do not include any additional tariffs or fees that may be incurred. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer.
 
For our American customers remember that your dollar is much higher in value and you will receive the benefit of your strong currency. For example, if your order was worth $65 CND, your credit card will be charged approximately $50 USD.  So if you are in the US, it is like everything is on Sale!

These delivery times are dependent on the customer’s location and are not guaranteed. We make every effort to ensure you get your delivery on time. However, we are not responsible for any custom fees and/or impounding of an order. Please check with your local customs office as it is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please keep in mind the cost of shipping does not include any duties, taxes, and custom fees. The customer will be responsible for paying any additional fees. Returns
Not happy with your purchase? Our goal here at Arcadia Botanicals Inc. is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased on our web site, you may return the unused, unopened portion for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the invoice date. If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping is free. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
