Customs, VAT & Duties:

If the item you wish to purchase is temporarily out-of-stock, we encourage you contact our Customer Service Department to see if the product is currently available or when it will be available.

 

Not happy with your purchase? Our goal here at Arcadia Botanicals Inc. is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased on our web site, you may return the unused, unopened portion for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the invoice date. If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping is free. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
