Prenatal Ease began with a personal experience during our own journey into parenthood.
While expecting our first child, Yan struggled to tolerate many prenatal supplements due to severe morning sickness — a challenge we quickly realized was far more common than we expected.
As we searched for alternatives, we found that many products took a one-size-fits-all approach to pregnancy support, without enough consideration for how women actually feel during different stages of pregnancy.
That experience became the inspiration behind Prenatal Ease.
When we later welcomed our second child, our own formulations became part of our daily lives — not just products we created, but products we personally relied on throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
As parents, every product we develop is created with the same care, thoughtfulness, and standards we would want for our own family.

Prenatal Ease was shaped through both professional experience and real conversations with women navigating pregnancy every day.
Michael, co-founder of Prenatal Ease, is a pharmaceutical scientist and a pharmacist in Canada and the UK. He has years of experience speaking directly with women about prenatal supplements, tolerance concerns, ingredient choices, and the realities of pregnancy support.
Through both pharmacy practice and our own personal experiences as parents, we saw a clear gap between how pregnancy actually unfolds and how many prenatal products were being formulated.
That perspective continues to guide our approach today: creating balanced, stage-specific formulations designed around real-life pregnancy experiences — not trends or unnecessary excess.
