What's included in the Third Trimester Essentials Bundle?
Each bundle contains 2 bottles of Stage 3 (90 capsules per bottle) and 2 bottles of Omega-3 DHA (90 softgels per bottle). Together, these provide a 90-day supply of both supplements when taken at the recommended daily dosage.
How is Stage 3 different from Stage 2?
Your nutritional needs continue to change as pregnancy progresses. Stage 3 is specifically formulated for the third trimester, with increased iron, vitamin K and chromium to support the demands of late pregnancy. It also includes a traditional herbal blend to help with indigestion and bloating.
Why is Omega-3 DHA particularly important during the third trimester?
The third trimester is a period of rapid brain development, during which DHA continues to accumulate in your baby's developing tissues. Our Omega-3 DHA provides 400 mg DHA and 600 mg EPA per daily serving to complement your prenatal multivitamin.
Can I take Stage 3 and Omega-3 DHA together?
Yes. Stage 3 and Omega-3 DHA are designed to complement each other and can be taken on the same day. Follow the recommended dosage on each product label.
How long will the bundle last?
Each bottle contains 90 capsules or softgels, providing 45 days of use at the recommended dosage of two daily. With two bottles of each product, the bundle provides a total 90-day supply.
When should I start taking Stage 3?
Stage 3 is optimized for weeks 26–40 of pregnancy. If you're currently taking Stage 2, you can transition to Stage 3 as you enter your third trimester, following the recommended directions or advice from your healthcare practitioner.
Can I open the Stage 3 capsules if I have difficulty swallowing them?
Yes. Stage 3 capsules can be opened, and the contents sprinkled into soft foods such as yogurt, applesauce or porridge. Omega-3 DHA softgels should be swallowed whole.
What happens if I miss a dose?
Take your next scheduled dose as normal. Do not double your dose to compensate for a missed dose.
