Stage 1 is designed for women in the first trimester and contains 20 essential vitamins and minerals to support your developing baby and replenish your energy levels. It also contains premium grade ginger and vitamin B6 to help alleviate morning sickness.
Stage 2 provides just the right balance of iron to support increased blood production as your baby is growing in the second trimester. It provides significantly more calcium and vitamin D than Stage 1 to support the strengthening of the baby’s skeletal system. It also contains antioxidants such as vitamin A, E and C to help neutralize free radicals.
Stage 3 contains 21 essential vitamins and nutrients with a special herbal blend to help prepare you for birth. It contains important nutrients like calcium, iron, vitamin B, D and K to maintain your vitality and keep you feeling nourished.
Omega-3 DHA contains both DHA and EPA for you and your baby, which is essential for fetal growth and development as well as cardiovascular, immune system development. All our omega 3 oils are sourced from sustainable fish species and is purified through molecular distillation to remove any unwanted contaminants like dioxins, PCBs, and heavy metals. It is then rigorously checked in house and by a third party laboratory to ensure maximum purity and quality.
